Along with teaching at studios, camps, and intensives for over 20 years, Rachel was a founding faculty member at the innovative private performing arts secondary school, The Academy at Metropolitan School of the Arts. She is currently a faculty member at Steps on Broadway, guest faculty at Broadway Dance Center, and an adjunct professor at Pace University Sands College of Performing Arts.
